This is the second time we have worked with Anne Harvey of Fresh Kitchen and Bath Design. She had previously done a complete redesign of our bathroom. This project was to design built-in bookshelves and cabinets that would flank our brick fireplace. The built-ins also included a work area for a computer as well as space for stereo equipment and album storage.
Anne’s design was beautiful and practical, incorporating our original ideas as well as making many improvements. Her measurements and drawings presented every detail of the project. Anne’s excellent communication skills ensured that the process went smoothly.
Besides the design, Anne supported us for all the phases of the project. She helped us find several reputable woodworking companies. She then worked with all involved to make sure that the finished project exceeded our expectations.

We had such a great experience working with Anne at Fresh Kitchen and Bath Design. We knew we had a big project to undergo but didn’t know where to even start. She came recommended to us by a mutual friend and we couldn’t be more pleased. She guided us through the process with pre-vetted vendors, managing deliveries, helping us pick out details (tile, lighting, cabinetry, etc.) and we used her preferred contractor. Deciding to remodel a kitchen or bath is a stressful decision. Picking a designer is even harder. You won’t go wrong with Anne! We enjoyed working with Anne from Fresh Kitchen & Bath Designs. In 2015, we remodeled the master bath and in 2017 worked with Anne again on a kitchen redo.
For both projects, Anne took the time to understand what currently worked and what needed to be improved in the redesign. She created realistic 3D models so we could visualize what the new layout would look like. She patiently worked through cabinet layouts for a small kitchen and provided creative ideas for maximizing the space.
Anne is very knowledgeable about the various materials and options for counters, cabinets, and flooring and recommended experts when needed for things like plumbing and lighting. Anne also worked closely with the installer throughout the entire process, explained each phase to us, and ensured materials were onsite when they were needed. She helped make the process less stressful and actually enjoyable!
We absolutely love the end results in both rooms. We appreciate Anne’s skills in designing highly functional and beautiful, relaxing spaces in our home!

Anne helped us with a BIG kitchen project in our home. We gutted the kitchen, demolished a wall and incorporated the kitchen into the great room. Anne took a look at the big picture, making sure that all elements of the new kitchen blended and enhanced the existing open room, as well as contributing efficiency and beauty.
Anne is resourceful, attentive to details, creative, and definitely thinks outside the box if that’s what you need. She is a delight to work with, pleasant and good-natured, and above all – POSITIVE. Before we worked with Anne to update our master bathroom, it was dated, gloomy, and unremarkable. Anne suggested we enlarge the shower, incorporate modern cherry cabinets, natural stone, and introduce a more soothing color palette. Now the room feels inviting and bright, and the color combination is glorious!
